Good morning;

I had my revision on Friday January 30th. I spent 2 days in the hospital came home Sunday was rushed back to hospital with a fever over 102. I was just discharged Tuesday afternoon.

I am feeling good. But my hormones/emotions are horrible!! I am crying at the littlest things! I am snapping at my husband and children! Is this normal anyone? I have my post op today and I know I need to see someone about how I am feeling.

Thanks

So sorry you've had such a rough beginning BUT the good news is that you're on the other side of a Revision and the healing will happen!  Your body has a bundle of "stuff" in it's system that's probably messing with your emotions AND then the big "sigh" that our bodies do after a build up of crazy pre-surgery nerves!  Treat yourself well, talk to your doc, sip a protein drink and get oodles of rest!

Take care and keep us posted!

Thank you so much for the advice!! I am resting as much as possible. The sipping part is hard I like to gulp!! But I am working on it!

Thank you again Joyce!
