Infection & Dilated Pouch

I had a RNY in January 2006, Initially I lost 70LBs (Starting weight 296LBs) in the last year I have regained 20LBs - my fault. I had an endoscopy on Monday and I have discovered the pouch has dilated and I have an infection.   Has anyone else been through this? What treatment did they follow and do the have any advise?   Polly.
