Revision was Thursday Stomach Virius? HELP

I had LB surgery revision to Gastric Bypass on Thursday and all went well.  Two nights in the hospital and returned home.  All had been going well until last night when I started feeling sick.  Today I continue to feel like throwing up and I have diarrhea  and I continue to feel sick at my stomach.  I have done everything by the book since i have been home but now I am just sick to my stomach. 

Has anyone had this happen and can anyone make any recommendations?  I haven't thrown up but I have felt like it many times.

Have you tried calling your docs on-call service?  The nausea may be because you are putting pressure on the scene of the crime but better safe than sorry, right?  Call the doc.  Good luck and Merry Christmas.

Don't assume it's flu - call your surgeon and have him/her take a look at what's going on. Let us know how you're doing. Maureen
