revised rny to new fobi pouch?

I was just looking at this 'Fobi Pouch'. Anyone had that one done? If so, how did it go? It's in california

It is so similar to a rny I wonder if a faulty rny could be revised by doing a Fobi Pouch? Any thoughts on this one?
