Kaiser insurance coverage?

It's been four years since my surgery.  I lost 140 lbs and gained 40 0f that back.  I have over 100 lbs to loose yet and have only been gaining now.  I am so depressed I don't know what to do.  I thought this surgery was going to change my life, it has only made me more depressed.  I have had to work very very hard to even loose the first 30 lbs.  Out of the 140 I did loose, over 50 of that was from dieting BEFORE my surgery.  I NEED/WANT a revision, but my Kaiser doctor told be even before he did the surgery that they don't cover revision.  Has anyone got Kaiser to cover it?  I don't have the funds to pay for it myself.  After 37 years of working at the same plant, my husbands job is closing up for good soon.  We will be in a real bind.  Any info would be much appreciated.  May God Bless.
