1. How much weight did you loose with your orginal WLS?
     260 lbs. day of surgery / 113 lbs. goal  Lost 147 lbs.

2. What kind of surgery did you have with your orignal WLS?
     VBG (stomach stapling) back in 1987

3. How much weight did you gain from your lowest?
     138 lbs.

4. How far out from surgery did you get the revision?
     19 years

5. How much have you lost since the revision?
     132 lbs. since my revision to the Lap Band (love it!)  251 lbs. day of surgery now below goal at 119 lbs.

6. Were there any complications from your revsion?
     None

7. On a scale from 1 to 10. Ten beign the very satisfied what number are you at with your revision and how it has helped you?
      10     Being able to get fills whenever needed keeps my restriction level great without worrying about staples separating or my pouch stretching out.   Also being a purely restrictive procedure I only need to take one good adult multivitamin a day.

1.. How much weight did you loose with your orginal WLS?   starting weight was 265, lost 70 lbs in 6 months, down to 195

2. What kind of surgery did you have with your orignal WLS?  Lap Band

3. How much weight did you gain from your lowest? 4 lbs to 199

4. How far out from surgery did you get the revision?  7 months

5. How much have you lost since the revision? revision was only 6 days ago on 11/24, and I have lost 7 lbs, 192 this morning

6. Were there any complications from your revsion? not so far, just blood pressure after surgery and surgery took longer than he expected.

7. On a scale from 1 to 10. Ten beign the very satisfied what number are you at with your revision and how it has helped you?  i love my sleeve right now.  It is still early, but I am happy to have lost 7 lbs already!

4. How far out from surgery did you get the revision? 22 months

5. How much have you lost since the revision? 46 lbs in  5 months  ( i am having issue's )

6. Were there any complications from your revsion? nope !  & I had an open  procedure !

 65 Lbs

 7.5 Yrs.

Revision 10/3/08 - 10 Lbs prior to surgery at highest - 20 Lbs since ERNY Revision

6. Were there any complications from your revision?
 Absolutely none!  Dr.  fixed a lot of problems as well as doing the revision!

7. On a scale from 1 to 10. Ten beign the very satisfied what number are you at with your revision and how it has helped you?  
9, I am listing it as a 9 at this point because I am not that far out yet to see the effects over time.  I have far more energy.  I feel better about myself.  I have more confidence both at home and at work.  My clothes are getting smaller.  etc etc etc....

lowest 232, gained 17 back (249)

4. How far out from surgery did you get the revision?
2 years, 5 months

5. How much have you lost since the revision?
7 lbs, just revised 11/24

6. Were there any complications from your revsion?
Surgery went longer (2 hours) due to scar tissue; thrombophlebitis in IV arm

7. On a scale from 1 to 10. Ten beign the very satisfied what number are you at with your revision and how it has helped you?

3. How much weight did you gain from your lowest? 10lbs regained after band removal
4. How far out from surgery did you get the revision? 2.5 years
5. How much have you lost since the revision? 84lbs (80% EWL) in 7 months
6. Were there any complications from your revsion? None
7. On a scale from 1 to 10. Ten beign the very satisfied what number are you at with your revision and how it has helped you? 11. I love the DS - it actually works! I didn't expect as a revision to lose so fast, but then I sucked at the band (and I suck at diets generally!)

RNY gastric bypass with marlex mesh at stoma

3. How much weight did you gain from your lowest?
76lbs.

4. How far out from surgery did you get the revision?
First one was 2 years; last one was 5 years from original

5. How much have you lost since the revision?
20lbs.

6. Were there any complications from your revsion?
Had a leak - infection because of the esophagus having to be repaired so heavily - but it was corrected with antibiotics FAST

7. On a scale from 1 to 10. Ten beign the very satisfied what number are you at with your revision and how it has helped you?
Right now - a 6....still waiting to drop some more weight.

5# (I lost more on the post op diet but worked hard to put it back on, I was at goal during my revision)

6. Were there any complications from your revsion?

Yes, but not surgical related.  I was very ill from the lap band.

10!!  I love my sleeve, I maintain without effort at a 20BMI.
