revision that insurance will pay for

 i had micro pouch surgery done about 5 years ago, loss 175 and have gained back about 50.  i know for sure that my pouch is streched because i had a egd done.  i would like to know if anyone else have had the micro pouch surgery and had a revision done?  what kind of revision? and if  medicare paid for it.  also if  there are less invasion revisions.  name of a good doctor that do revisions in the michigan area.
