Going to see Dr for revision. What to expect?

I have an appt today with my Dr. to see if he will do a revision. Now I haven't seen him in a year. At my last appt I had a fill and I was basically full and he was disappointed that I had only lost 40+lbs in a year (so was I ). I felt very discouraged after that and hoped that the last fill would be my sweet spot....but it wasn't so I dieted on my own and never went back to the Dr. until today.   I have never been hospitalized with any complications from the band.

What did you tell your Dr. to get approved for your revision??

That's a bummer that you haven't lost in a year!  It can be intimidating to go back to the doc when you feel like you're failing yourself but you should've kept regular appointments with him or the nutritionist.  Maybe the band just isn't for you?  SOme people do awesome with it and some not so much.  Good luck with whatever happens!
