the link took me to the Arkansas Building Authority.  Could not find the article you mentioned.  Only real estate stuff.  Did I miss something?  

No, I made a mistake. Its www.asbs.org. NOT .com. "ASBS stands for the American Socieity of Bariatric Surgery". They also go by a new name, but this will get you to the website.

Sometimes I get foggy thinking. Anyone out there with a solution for this???

I guess we all get foggy every now and again.  In my case the only fix I can think of is to find a magic remedy that turns back age!
