Anyone know about CPT codes?

I was just wondering if anyone knew of the proper CPT code to use to have a revision surgery.

I believe mine was 43848, and called revision gastroplasty.

I am from Southern Ohio and had my RNY done at Georgetown Community Hospital by Dr Bolar in 7/02. I believe he is now in Tennessee. So what kind of revision did you have done and who did it and if you dont mind me asking, why did you  have to have a revision?

Dr. Bolar did my RNY Jan of 02. I haven't had my revision yet, I'm still waiting for insurance approval. I am going for the DS with Dr. Husted. I don't mind you asking at all. I'm having a revision because I have an enlarged pouch and stoma, and never even got out of the obese category......I know of at least 4 of us now, I'm sure there are more out there. Is this why you are working towards a revision?
