Another Medicare question

Im considering a Revision from my VSG to the DS.. I need to know if Medicare will pay for the 2nd part... IF it didnt pay for my VSG.. Im having trouble finding a nearby doctor who does revisions plus takes medicare. I live in AR. I can travel...but cant travel back and forth several times for a zillion different appointments.. any ideas for me?

As for revisions, Medicare covers open and laparoscopic biliopancreatic diversion with duodenal switch (BPD/DS) if certain criteria are met and the procedure is performed in a Medicare-approved facility.  Here is the link to the listing of these facilities:
