I am right here at work in front of my computer,,  Trying to catch up !   talking to customers in between  reading some posts.

So how is everyone doing?  any news I should know about ??  & who is going tohte National O.H. event  in L.A. ??   sounds like a good time to be had there.

I am just fine, still loosing ( slowly ) . But I have learned  to stay away from carbs & refined sugar .  

Hi Gina, I am also at work just waiting for customers to come in.  It's boring here sometimes.  I have a question for you.  I am planning on haveing WLS, still undecided.  You had RNY in '06.  What surgery did you have next on your revision?  Thanks.  Take Care
