Getting RNY revision on BIG pouch - anyone else do this?

I am a little over a year out, and saw my surgeon, because I had only lost around 50lbs. He thought I had a fistula.. but it turns out my pouch was just tooo darn big, and I haven't had restriction. He reassured me it was NOT my fault, because he looked through the pictures of right after surgery, and it was too large to begin with.

It made me feel a whole lot better knowing I have had a good reason to have been struggling.. and now I just want to get it fixed. I see him Tuesday to set up the surgery... I was wondering if anybody else has had the surgeon go back in, and make your pouch smaller? My surgeon said he will go in, staple off some, and make it the appropriate size. He will give me more details at the appointment.
