Friday I have my first consultation with the doctor. . And I wonder what's gonna happen?
It's actually through the doctor that did my surgery 12 years ago.
He doesn't take my insurance anymore but he has a collegeau whom he trained and works with, who does.
I had my sleep apnea test done and I got a glowingly supportive psychological clearance completed. I assume that means I'm okay. . ha ha ha.
Apparently my staples came out. Oh god, did that really happen?
Now i am re-doing it. unless the doc says otherwise. In which case I am not going to like him.
anyway, i do love these smiley's .i should have been a cartoonist. they are so much fun.
anyhoo.
all kidding aside the meeting with him is important and i am nervous about it. the board for me, like other women, is a source of support. so comments are welcome and appreciated.
Have a great day, ladies. Enjoy.

Good luck with your appointment!! You will be fine.
I think it is pretty common for staple line disruptions, especially if you were not transected. This, to me, means you are pretty much guaranteed a revision. If this doc doesn't give you the answers you like, research some more and find another doctor.
Keep us posted!
