Had my 1 yr.. Blood work AWESOME and all is well BUT ...

Was in to see Dr yesterday WOW HE was really pleased with my labs all is great...my only issue is a pain I have on my right side right at my cut site...I have a tiny Hernia ...and he will take care of it as soon as I can get time off from work ...I was so excited RE my labs I have worked so hard on not missing any vites and playing by the rules..

 Congratulations on your excellent labs!  That is an accomplishment and all of your hard work paid off.      Keep on top of it ,  it is twice as hard to get them back up if you fall to low.
