DSers have short common channels too, but I still don't know if that makes us surgery twins or different in some way (please tell me if anyone out there knows)

For us, frequent trips to the rest room might indicate:
- too much fat in your diet in terms of how far post op you are - fats are good but at first they can be too much to take
- lactose intolerance: try reducing the amount of dairy products you eat
- lack of fibre - try wholemeal bread, some kind of fibre additive
- unbalanced bacteria: try probiotics
- eating sugar alcohols, often hidden ones in diet foods

Or any combination of these! Sometimes its trial and error to work out which it is and deal with it. Hope this gives you some ideas anyway.
