Surgeons appointment

Well, after having an upper GI and EGD I had my follow up with a surgeon.  He said that my pouch and stoma are much bigger than they should be at this stage (6 years post op).  He said that he is willing to do a revision, but would like me to try to get back on track first and then in a few months if I still struggle with losing we will talk revision.  He didn't say what the name was, but said he would go in and make the pouch and stoma smaller.  He also suggested Stomaphyx.  I told him I was not really impressed with what I have read about Stomaphyx, but would consider it if insurance would pay for it.  I believe that most of my problem is getting off track and maybe with the support of his team I can start losing again and won't need another surgery. 

Is there anyone out there who has gained a significant amount of weight back and then lost it and got to goal?
