Change "lapband" to "revision"

How do I change under my name from lapband to revision or VSG?  Anyone know, I can't figure it out!  Thanks in advance!

If you're signed in, click on 'My OH' and go to 'profile'. Theres a category under 'surgery' called 'I've got a date!' and this is where you put in what kind of surgery you are.
