tightening pouch via endoscopy??

I am 3 days out of having this done, there is no sutures, just several injections into the stoma of an irritant that causes scar tissue and helps shrink the stoma.  So far I've lost 3 pounds, while its probably water weight, its still a start!  I am happy so far that I've had this done!
