ROSE - What's Going On??

I had my EGD for the ROSE procedure in Richmond, VA last week and received a letter today from them.  It said that "the company offering the Rose study has recently closed this study at our facility."  What in the world is going on? 
Are there any opening in Charlotte, NC?  Does anyone know the phone number of the office in Charlotte?  Thanks, Molly
