HUMANA HIGH HMO help/ I want the best Dr DR GAGNER in Miami Beach SOS

Humana does not want to cover my surgery because Dr Gagner is not in its network  of doctors in Miami Beach I can not believe it They do not have the best doctors. I need help I am suffering Claudia it is a hernia reparation and see what is still wrong after 4 years of my rny ..still everyday throwing up. I had cost a lot of money  to them It is not in my mind my pain and no being able to eat my meat or chicken!!! Claudia Mantilla
