Thinking of a Revision and Mother is not Happy

Actually, I don't want to say I didn't know how she would react because my mom over reacts about a lot of stuff. I had actually tried to tell her gradually but I guess when I told her there was a date then she just hit the fan. I thank you for responding and your points are well taken. I will try to be firm and let her know my stance but I must admit I have been angry with her because of the things she has said and the tone that she comes at me. I respect her because she is my mom and I am going to try to talk with her. Thanks again

MY MOTHER IS THE SAME,DON'T GET UPSET JUST DO WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO AND KEEP A CALM AFFECT WITH HER .NOTHING YOU SAY WILL CHANGE THEIR MIND ,DO IT AND LET HER IN ON EVERYTHING DON'T HIDE THIS PROCEDURE SHE IS WHAT YOU LOVE ABOUT HER AND ALSO TO LET THIS DOCTOR KNOW,THAT ANY OOPS AND THIS IS WHAT HE WILL HAVE TO DEAL WITH.THANK GOD FOR THESE KIND OF MOTHERS(MINE IS THE VERY SAME,YOU THINK THEY ARE SISTERS). I'M PRAYING FOR YOU .I HAD THE GASTRIC BYPASS AND MY MOTHER ASK THE DOCTOR HAS ANY OF HIS PATIENTS DIED HE TOLD HER "NO", ON THE DAY OF MY SURGERY SHE WAS THERE AFTER THEY SEDATED ME SHE TOLD THE NURSE TELL THAT DOCTOR I SAID DON'T LET HER BE THE FIRST ;)  WHEW ANYWAY THE SURGERY WENT WELL AND SO AM I, THAT WAS FOUR YEARS AGO. GET READY IT'S HARD BUT WELL WORTH IT. KEEP THE FAITH. VICKI
