I FINALLY HEARD FROM THEM TOADAY AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD COST 13,000 FOR THE ROSE PROCEDURE. I THOUGHT THEY WERE GEETING MOPRE SLOTS OPEN. I REALLY CANT AFFORD TO PAY THIS. DOES ANYONE KNOW IF THEY ARE GOING TO GAET MORE SLOTS OPEN             THANKS DANA

Hi Melb, Who do we need to call for the Ohio study?

They will know if they are getting more slots in a few weeks. my recommendation would be to see Dr Gorcey for endoscopy to measure your pouch/ stoma. I know he is assembling a secondary list in case USGI decides to release more registry slots.  If the slots do open up and you are not on the list your chances of getting a slot are slim to none. You have nothing to lose, but i wouldnt wait too long. most likely  the office visit and endoscopy will be covered under your insurance.
