Wish me luck
This is my week, Wednesday its off to the general surgeon to get him to assess me and fill out the out of country froms, I will send them off and cross my fingers. But in the mean time I am heading to Edmonton to see a surgeon there about doing my revision and hernia fix. One way or the other I will get an answer and hopefully surgery.
I remember thinking when I made a decision to have a revision that it can't be that hard and the wait can't be that long, yeah right its going on 8 months and could be a while yet. But if it only takes me a year I will be one of the lucky ones. I have heard of the people waiting 4 - 7 years.
This is sure a rollercoaster of a journey we take. But hey I like amusement parks.
