Revision and weightloss stall already

No, since I have had the RNY and then a re-do when I had a staple line disruption, Dr. Elariny is leaving my stomach alone for this surgery.
RNY (1997) at 338 lbs.;revision (2001); Failed StompahyX in 2007; DS (2008) at 268 lbs.

I'm confused How can you have the DS without having your stomach being made into a sleeve? Are you going for an Extended RNY then? I think thats a RNY pouch with the intentines being done like the DS?

Sheila, Dr. Elariny calls it a biliopancreatic diversion w/ DS, even though I still have a "pouch." Long story...I have had 2 previous operations and he doesn't want any more surgery on my stomach....Dr. Elariny is the only surgeon in VA who does this procedure and I was very impressed with his credentials. Dr. Overcash did my Stomaphyx, which was a failure.
