Monmouth NJ ROSE Update

2 more patients done yesterday, Cases went awesome !  1st pt went from a pouch of 6cm and stoma of 3 cm to a pouch of 3cm and stoma of 1.5 cm.  50 % volume reduction at least !  2nd pt went from a pouch of 7 cm and stoma of almost 5 cm to a pouch of  2 cm ! and a stoma of 3 cm. both pts were discharged from hospital 3 hrs after procedure with NO pain. next update in a week. stay tuned in. same bat channel.

they certainly hope so.  its a good feeling being able to help people who could otherwise never have this done.  Have you been measured yet ? a secondary list is already forming.

How can the second patient have a stoma bigger than the pouch? It seems there would be no restriction.

good question. hopefully the significant volume reduction will give him a restrictive feeling. follow up will tell

hi there littleguy' so glad that the procedures are going well.I finished all my preop clearance stuff this a.m.  all info has been faxed to donna at dr.borao's office..My surgery was moved up to may 27th... I am so ready!!  Thankyou thankyou..see ya soon.patsy amsterdam
