On my way - Revision tomorrow!
I am leaving for San Antonio in 2 hours for my Revision surgery tomorrow (lap band to RNY). I only colectively lost with lap band about 25 pounds, after two years. I currently weigh 253.
I am scared, but excited that this surgery may actually work for me. I know that my battle will go on for the rest of my life, but I want another chance to be "normal".

Good luck! Please keep us updated after your surgery because I also want to go from lap band to RNY after 4 years of being banded with little success.
