Has anyone tried having a EGD with sclerotherapy

I'm researching.....has anyone tried the EGD with sclerotherapy procedure?

Tonya S. - I had it last summer in Grand Rapids, MI but it did nothing for me.  What I DID gain from it was that my pouch is enlarged, so that may be why the procedure didn't work for me.  The procedure was very simple and I had only mild discomfort for the first 24 hours or so. Could you tell me the name of the physician that did your EGD w/ sclerotherapy?  I have an appt scheduled with Dr. Baker in GR.  So now what are your plans if your pouch is enlarged?  That's my fear.  Shelli
