Has anyone ever......

.....had thier pouch made smaller.  I had RNY surgery 12/06.  I lost 60lbs.  But around 6 or 7 months out, I stopped losing weight.  Well, I had an upper GI and found out that the opening from my pouch to my small intestines was larger than normal.  After several months of negotiating with my surgeon (which is not my original surgeon), he finally decided to perform surgery on me to make my pouch smaller and to close up the opening a bit.   Has anyone ever had this done?  If so, was it successful? I go for surgery on 2/27/08. Thanks for your input. Treena
