question about EROS

I am just curious about things - just trying to get everything straight. I know RESTORe alters just the stoma I know StomaphyX alters both the pouch and stoma (a Dr working with it told me that) Does EROS fix the pouch and stoma too?  If so, anyone know how it's different from StomaphyX? thanks

I had the Stomaphyx and it did NOT alter the stoma; it just reduced the size of the pouch, which is why it didn't work for me.

EROS fixes both the pouch and the stoma. Stomaphyx only "pleats" the pouch so that it's smaller.  It does nothing to reduce the size of the stoma.  The name is misleading, I know. If the problem is an enlarged stoma, Stomaphyx will probably not help you at all.

That is so strange, I spoke with a doctor, and he said the stomaphyX does both the stoma and pouch.  My issue is the stoma, so I am thankful to be in the resolve study, I wonder if he going to do both???
