You should be able to! There are lots of RNY to DS revisions on the DS forum. Also, try duodenalswitch.com and the Duodenal Switch Yahoo Group.
Just be sure to seek out an experienced revision surgeon. Not all DS surgeons are comfortable with revisions. :)

Lap-Band removed after 7 years and converted to Sleeve Gastrectomy on July 7, 2008 by Dr. Roslin. I've had three happy healthy Lap-Band babies.... and one VSG baby. 5 years out from revision to VSG. Gained 55 pounds in past 5 months, now considering DS. :(
You sure can just make sure you find a very experienced surgeon to do this revision because the risk of complications is very high but having an experienced surgeon will significantly reduce these risks. Just make sure you carefully research ALL of your options before making a final decision.
