pyloric valve and revision

Hello Everyone, I posted this on the DS board but wanted to post here as well to get as much feed back as possible!  How and when will my surgeon determine if my pyloric valve is functional?  I am really hoping to have a complete DS revision but I'm worried that since my RNY was done 7 years ago that will not be possible.  How many of you were able to get the complete revision after you had a RNY.  Thanks Shawnta
