HELP

Please help me!!!  I'm having a  hard time getting my surgeon to decide on whether he is going todo the revision.  My insurance will pay for the surgery.  I have had an colonoscopy, upper gi and is scheduled to have an endoscopy on Tues.  The doctor states that he has to make sure that there is enough stomach to put the band on.   Previous surgery in 1997 was a RHY GASTRIC BYPASS.  ANY AND ALL ADVICE WELCOME. 

There are other revision options available. If there isn't enough stomach to put a band on, then you and your surgeon will no doubt need to look at other revision options...stomaphyx, sclerotherapy, revision to distal RNY, revision to DS, some surgeons are putting the band around the stoma to delay emptying into the bowel.
