Band to DS revision? Personal Choice

Hi there.  I'm a lapband to DS conversion and was wondering if there was a different code to ask if they approve revisions vs a standard DS?  I called and the DS itself is ok, but I'm told a REVISION to DS might be a different case.   If anyone has had this ins and/or exp with revisions/codes I'd greatly appreciate it! Thanks!

Hi Amy, I think I did post something similar and most of the lapband to DSers were self pay.  I'm going to log onto that chat with Gary and see what he has to say about revision coverage! Take care, Missy

Missy, someone on the DS forum was an insurance biller and knows the codes.  I can't remember who........darn.......for some reason Dennie keeps coming to mind but I really don't think it was her.  I think she was a RN.  I'd ask it again because whoever it is might not have seen your original post.
