has any one out there had the StomaphyX to help with revision? I am going in to have on 7/3/07

I am having the stomaphyx by Dr. Garber in NY in a couple of weeks and I am really excited.  I will let you know how it goes.

Are you getting your Upper Endoscopy done with Dr. Garber or somewhere else?

I am going to have Dr. Garber do my endoscopy prior to the procedure so he can see exactly what my pouch looks like before he shrinks it.

Hi John, When is your appt. to have the procedure? Im going to meet him in August, and hopefully have the procedure a couple of weeks after that. What insurance do you have?

I am having the procedure on Wednesday and will let you know how it goes.  I had The Empire Plan insurance.  I am very excited and will let you know how it goes.

Jonathan, I am considering a Stomaphyx with Dr. Garber as well and have Empire PPO plan.  Are they covering any of it?  I know Dr. Garber is an out of network doctor. Thanks. Marguerite

Dr Garber is out of network, but his office manager, Stephanie is trying to get it approved. I have the same plan.

Has anyone on Empire Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO had it approved yet?
