Absolutely!   Do you know what surgery you would like to have a revision to?  There are a lot of RNYers and other previous procedure people over at the Duodenal Switch forum.  You may want to post your question there and they can chime in and give you some advice.  I have a surgery date of Oct. 3rd and I'm having a revision form SRVG to the DS and I can't wait!! Hope to see you on the DS board!

How long did the process take?  And why is your surgery date so far away?

I had to fight for almost a year with my insurance company before they would approve it.  They considered the DS investigational/experimental but I finally had it overturned via external appeal.  My surgeon is the only one in Indiana and she is booked.  Also the hospital is the only COE in Indiana and there are several WLS surgeons in this area.
