Insurance ??

Does insurance usually cover the cost of a revision ??  I had a VBG about 10 years ago, and would like to have a revision to either RNY or DS. I have BC BS of Alabama, and also  BC BS of Georgia.  If anyone has had to deal with either company, please share your experience.     Thanks

I have BCBS Federal Employee program and they covered mine.. but I have to add I also had a hiatal hernia repair... you can get the code from your doctors and then call BCBS and ask them.. Good luck!!!

I also have Fed BCBS basic, and they are covering 100%, no deductible. Only co-pays. $30 dr, $40 hospital and $100 per day hospital in pt charge. let us know Sherry
