looking into getting a lap band after having an RNY

I had an RNY in 2000, lost 178lbs. I weighed 412lbs. The weightloss lasted all of 3 years. Then i began gaining the weight back. The highest i got was 305lbs. now I hover in the 280'2. I'm 288 right now. I have a consult set up on the 21st of June with a doctor *****moved my gallbladder. He's a good doctor. I was just wondering what the operation was like for those of you who have had the same procedure as i have and then have a band ontop of that. Did you loose more? Did you regret the decision? Were there scar tissue issues? Any info would be helpful, thanks.
