Pain still almost 3 weeks out?

I have had a few fallback moments and went for a night in the hospital to be hooked up to IV antibiotics and got scans to rule out absesses and deeper infection.  Antibiotics seem to be helping spme, but I get extreme STABBING pain under my larger wound.  The surface pain is nothing, but deeper in.....is that normal?

 

I am 5 weeks out from a reversal surgery and I still have some pain, some is caused by constipation but I am convinced that there is pain coming from healing inside too. Deb
