am I taking in to many calorie a day

.....I have a question for you how much protein should i be getting in a day i'm still on a liquid diet and i'm get between 80 and 120 grams of protein but to do that i'm drinking up to 600 calorie a day is that to many calorie?  I really don't know  Tema

Hey sweetie... my surgeon requires me to use  Bariatrix Essentials, its 85 calories per scoop and I think I have to have about 10 a day give or take 1..  This is for my full liquid diet when I get closer to surgery.. so it sounds like your ok.    Here's the website if you want to check it out, I do believe you have to register though  wbi.meta-ehealth.com I will be starting my full liquids May 23rd, then they have us continue on for 2 weeks after surgery on this product (I Think).  Take care you sexy woman!!!  Debby
