Insurance

Has anyone ever had revision surgery that had BC/BS of PA? I am not sure if this is what I am going to require, but I am almost 4 years out and have regained some of my weight and did find out that my surgeon may not have done what was supposed to be. Anyone have any ideas of whether my insurance would cover this or not? Any advice is ALWAYS greatly appreciated! Thanks. Leigh :-)
