How bad was the pain?

I'm having my revision next week. I was just wondering what I should expect. My origibal was lap and this one will be open. I have a 13 month old and I don't know how I will be able to handle her home with me day and night without moving around so much. My husband is in the Army and will be home with me for the surgery which is a 4-hour drive from home but then has to leave for 10 days. During that time I will have to drive back 2 weeks after surgery to have the staples removed. Someone please tell me how painful it was, if it was worse the first or second time around. ~Valli revision 8/2/06 246 lbs

I think everybody has a different level of pain tolerance. My Gastric Bypass was just as painful as my original VBG. The recovery was the same as well.
