I make pumpkin bread and since I had wls I have been making one sugar-free for myself but the problem is that it comes out way more dense than the normal one that I make and it sits too heavy in my stomach. Has anyone taken an original receipt and turned it sugar-free and had this problem? If so do you know any way to make it lighter?

This dish is easy to prepare and very healthy as well. I would love to indulge in it during a cold afternoon.
Could you post the one you use here? I've tried a couple and they didn't work. I'm doing Keto as well!

It's awesome but only offered around the holidays I find so I stock my freezer at Thanksgiving x mas and Easter ... I do sprinkle some butter buds on to enhance the yummy ness calorie free .. but otherwise it's perfect! Love Aldis !
Go with the green vegies and lots of fruits in your diet. It will surely prove to be effective for you.
