It's not my favorite but I know a lot of people like the TJs Everything Bagel Seasoning and I saw a recipe for a DIY version in Hungry Girl's Simply 6 cookbook and thought I'd share.
1 tablespoon white sesame seeds
2 teaspoon black sesame seeds
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
1 teaspoon poppy seeds
1 teaspoon dried garlic flakes
1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt
mix and store in airtight container in cool dark place

Also it's true is that if a food is known to promote heart disease and cancer, and increases stroke risk due to arterial plaque buildup to the brain, that it is good to be informed of that and one can choose to make a healthier choice and not consume it. Especially because heart disease is the #1 killer of Americans and cancer is #2. And according to research and human studies, we know that heart disease can be prevented or reversed through an oil-free plant-based diet. And "As many as 50 percent of all cardiac deaths due to disease in the heart's vessels occur in individuals with no prior history or symptoms of heart disease."

The great thing about being an adult is that if the recipe is not appealing to you, you don't have to make it! Also true for me not having to look for a plant based crust since that's not my thing.

Cheese and eggs? Sounds very unhealthy to me. Cheese contains the milk protein Casein which promotes cancer in the body if consumed over 10% of calories from dairy, according to the China Study (a 20 year nutritional study). And eggs contain choline which creates toxic TMAO in the body which promotes heart disease and cancer, according to the latest research. And eggs were shown to significantly increase the plaque buildup in the carotid arteries leading to the brain, whi*****reases the risk of stroke. Plus eggs and cheese both have alot of cholesterol and saturated fat. So instead look for a plant based crust recipe on the web.
