Thank you for this. I have all the ingredients on hand, and I feel so full trying to get all the daily protein required.
Just saw this... I haven't been too experimentive with it. I've used it like bisquick, impossible quiche, used it tonight to make a pancake with egg and ricotta. Don't know any local store, Netrition has a flat fee shipping that is very reasonable, and you can always find something to buy....

Lol...I discovered this a few years ago myself! Only, I just use a few squirts of the flavoring and nothing else. My favorite was making the Greek yoghurt taste like an orange dream sickle ? I've also added pumpkin seeds which really was yummy to me. Also , I freeze pomegranate seeds and if you add a teaspoon of those to your flavored yogurt ...Omgggg fabulous!!! ?
Thanks, I'm going to try it with my Orange Crush water inhanser.

I really enjoy it too! I've made it twice, and portioned it up into small dishes, popped them in the freezer, and then heat them up in the late afternoon at work for a snack. It carries me through to dinner great.

So, these are much lower in carb than the wheat version, but they have 24g of protein per serving. While we probably shouldn't use them until maintenance of course, it's nice to know there are a few options that are healthier. Great if you are vegetarian and don't mind higher carbs.
Edamame spaghetti (carbs are high-ish, but 1/2 or more less versus regular pasta):
