I found them great for stir fry.  Drain them and let them sit on a towel to absorb the remaining liquid.

Toss them in a pan with a bit of oil.  I used sesame oil and served them in my Chicken Peanut Stirfry.

Sliced Chicken breast sprinkled with a bit of soy sauce, in to hot hot hot pan with a bit of sesame oil,

once the chicken is cooked and starting to brown add in a bag of broccoli slaw and stir until it starts to wilt and become a bit soft,

Toss in some dry roasted peanuts and some fresh cilantro, remove from heat.

Pan fry some noodles in sesame oil.  Add to chicken mixture and top with House of T'sang Peanut Sauce!

YUM

Thank you for the idea. I think I will try TVP and egg white with italian seasoning, dehydrated onion, and garlic.

These are my favorites, kids like the ground beef version better. I use oats instead of bread crumbs and lots of ground sage (maybe double what the recipe calls for) also a little extra mustard powder and worcestershire.

Does anyone know what the breakdown of this recipe is? Carbs? Fat? Sugar?

I just add it in dry to my meatloaf as I am mixing it all together.  Been doing that for years.

I also use the TVP chunks in chili w/ground turkey.

Topic: Best Meat Loaf Recipe?
I would like to hear your best meat loaf recipes.  I want to find one that is really moist.  I haven't tried to make it yet since surgery and I want to try it this weekend.  I am planning on using my mini "cupcake pan".  THANKS!!!

That sounds SO good! I love goat cheese. I'm definitely going to try that!
