Italian Sodas:  8oz of Carbonated Water with about 2oz of syrup over ice.

Fruit and Amaretto Flavors work very well.

Hey Tiffany

I put mine in protein shakes - wouldn't be able to drink them any other way! I know some people buy plain greek yogurt and doctor it up themselves w/ fruit, splenda and sf syrups!

I was thinking about buying a bottle, but I don't want it to go to waste. Wasn't sure what all I could use it for. I don't drink coffee, so....any ideas?

Thanks!

Thanks for posting this information.  I tried the original recipe you posted and it was INCREDIBLE!!  I have to admit that is the first time I really really enjoyed eating an egg since surgery!  This is definately going to become one of my favorite recipes!
