I am going to try the mini brownies..I bet they will work very well for me..thanks for sharing!
All the suggestions sound yummy! I just found this thread. YEAH!
My Grandmother used to make 1 oz. meatballs with just ground turkey and baked them for an hour at 350. I made some soup last night with a pound of those meatballs, a pound of shrimp, a large can of red enchilada sauce made w/red chiles not tomato, a can of chiles, a can of diced tomato with zesty chiles, a can of green beans a can of Progresso Black Bean and Bacon, and several types of canned beans (like pinto, garbanzo field peas and snaps, white beans - can of each) added some garlic powder and some onion powder. I used the large can of enchilada sauce for 1 can of water to rinse out the other cans. It was bangin. Made a huge pot.
I'm not seeing that.

I don't think that would be true for a home made sauce either. I picked Pace & Campbells because they are from the same company.
Still, it would be a good base for soups.
Enchilada Sauce makes and excellent base for soups. The spices are great and its lower in calories and carbs than using tomato sauce.
update: find or make a red enchilada sauce that uses red chiles as the main ingredient not tomato.
