Our walmart sells them in the baking section in chocolate and yellow as well as a vanilla and choolate sugar free frosting. Our Martins (giant) has them also and the sugar free brownie mix.

there is no rice in this, the cottage chsses has a similar texture:

1oz box instant vanilla pudding mix (4 serving size)
160z container  small curd cottage cheese
1 3/4 cups milk
1/2 cup sugar free cool whip
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
splenda to taste
mix the pudding mix, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg, mix  till smooth, fold in cottage cheese and cool whip, and raisins then add splenda if you need to

i got this from www.bariatrictv.com  from episode 80       its really good

Topic: RE: Help I lost my recipie maybe you have it? Low fat creamy chicken enchiladas with green sauce?
Is this it?

· 1 large can (19 ounces) enchilada sauce
· 6 boneless chicken breast halves
· 2 cans cream of chicken soup
· 1 small can sliced black olives
· 1/2 cup chopped onion
· 1 can (4 ounces) chopped mild chile peppers
· 16 to 20 corn tortillas
· 16 ounces shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Cook chicken and shred. Mix soup, olives, chile peppers, and onions. Cut tortillas in wedges. Layer Crock Pot with sauce, tortillas, soup mix, chicken and cheese all the way to top, ending with cheese on top.
Cover and cook on LOW for 5 to 7 hours.
