Decaf Protein Coffee recipe.  I have tried the Click pre op but love hot coffee in the moerning and would like recipes to make the decaf Proetein coffee.  Thanks in advance.

I just bought some boneless pork ribs and wonder if anyone has any good ways to cook them...Just wanna try something new with them. Usually just bbq sauce in crockpot. need a new recipe. thanks..
